Sending & Receiving Data On Mobile App

Your smart phone is increasingly your mobile office. Scoop helps you get the most from your handheld by providing you and your team access to the latest updates on issues that matter. Scoop features a sophisticated merge-based algorithm that continuously synchronizes all data between your web account and your handheld.
Scoop’s Mobile Working Modes
Scoop allows you to work in one of two synchronization modes. You can switch between these modes as the situation demands. Scoop mobile app maintains an offline copy of all of your data so you can access all your scoops and continue to work even when there is no network connection.
- Online Mode: in this mode any new scoops you create (or others create and share with you) and any changes you or others make to existing scoops are transferred to you as they occur. This mode is ideal when you have good access to the network since you send your updates immediately and receive updates from others as they occur.
- Offline Mode: there are times that you may not have access to the network (e.g., when on remote worksite or in flight); also there are times when you wish to work undistracted. The offline mode allows you to continue to work adding scoops, making comments or changes and later synchronize all your changes when you are ready.
